Sussex Marquees – How to Hire

Sit back, relax and let us take care of it all. Every event is unique and we will endeavour to create a style to match your criteria.

1. Call or email us to discuss your event requirements.
2. In order for us to provide you with a quotation, a member of our team will need to undertake a site survey.* During this site survey we will view the ground the marquee is to be erected on, take measurements and photographs and discuss your event requirements in greater detail.
3. Your personal quotation will then be completed and sent to you. This quotation will include 3 dimensional floor plans so that you can get a visual idea of the layout.
4. Confirm your booking with a deposit (subject to our terms)
5. Relax and enjoy your event!

NOTES
* Site survey – modern marquees can be put up on sloping or un-even ground. Our survey will ensure that you are made aware of any ground works necessary or site limitations. Photographs of the site may be taken in order to assist us in our quotation (an inspection of the site where the marquee is to be erected and an opportunity for us to measure the area).
