Here you can find our recommended Traditional Marquee hire packages for your event. Please do keep in mind that these packages are not set in stone and we are more than happy to tailor these to suit your requirements. The number of seated guests is approximate and we will suggest the most appropriate size marquee for your anticipated numbers. Many of the items included in these packages can be upgraded if required; Dancefloors, lighting packages, Catering Tents. Catering tents can be increased in size if necessary, please check with your caterer how much space they will require.

Package One

• Seated guests – up to 100
• 40ft x 40ft Traditional Single-Pole Marquee
• 20ft x 20ft Catering Marquee (Can be adjoined to main marquee)
• White wall linings & window drapes
• 4 x ivory roof swags
• 1 x white or ivory centre pole wrap
• Floor matting – laid on a waterproof membrane
• Overhead Festoon Lighting (Mains power required)
• 8 x LED Uplighters (Mains power required)
• 18ft x 18ft Wooden Parquet Dancefloor
• Up to 10 x 6ft round tables (Will seat 10 guests comfortably per table)

• Up to 17 x 6ft x 2ft 6” trestle tables (Will seat 6 guests comfortably per table)
